Duane D. Myers is the Founder and CEO of M&C Insurance Agency, Inc., a full-service insurance agency specializing in property, casualty, and life insurance lines. He established the company in 1984 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Rutgers University, in Camden, NJ. The company, now headquartered in Mt. Laurel, NJ, has grown to include multiple locations in South Jersey.
Duane D. Myers' connection to Camden, NJ, goes beyond his professional endeavors. .Growing up in Camden, he has a deep-rooted understanding of the community's dynamics and challenges. M&C's inaugural location in Camden marks a crucial milestone in Mr. Myers' entrepreneurial journey and will continue to serve as an important piece of the company’s history.
This personal connection influences his strong commitment to community service and support for various youth programs in the area. As the Chairman of a local, prominent healthcare corporation, as well as a board founder dedicated to educational initiatives in the City, Mr. Myers stands as a dedicated advocate for community service, leaving a
lasting and positive impact on the lives of those he serves.
Devoting numerous years to community service, Mr. Myers has a particular commitment to working with youth. His support extends to athletic programs and co-sponsoring various community events. Alongside his wife, he resides in Sewell, NJ, with their two children.
Terry A. Mason Jr.
Terry A. Mason Jr. serves as the Senior Vice President at M & C Insurance Agency, Inc., bringing over three decades of invaluable expertise to the company. His journey with the agency began in 1988, following his education at Rutgers University, where he focused on business administration. Notably, he holds a certificate in insurance practice and principles from the esteemed South Jersey School of Business.
Mr. Mason's career boasts a diverse professional background, having held key roles in marketing, sales, and service with industry giants such as AT&T™, Bell Atlantic NJ-PA™, and IBM Corporation™. His wealth of experience and strategic vision has been instrumental in shaping the success of the organizations he's been a part of. Mr. Mason assumes the pivotal role of leading the Commercial Insurance Lines Division.
